The rain wasn't very heavy, but it was enough to cause someone who sat outside for at least two hours to be decently soaked. Colby's hair was disheveled and dripping with water, and his clothes weren't in any better quality. He sighs deeply and looks at his coat pocket, comptiplating if he should light a cigarette or not. His thoughts are interrupted once he hears someone step in the puddles infront of him and he looks up with an arched brow ‘‘What are you looking at?’’
