He is the right hand man of the Zax super computer, President John Henry Eden, who he often disagrees with as Eden desires to wipe all mutant life of the planet PERIOD. Colonel Autumn is 45 years old, he wears a modern tan duster, with a giant black belt on his waste with a big buckle. His choice weapon is a 10mm pistol. He is bitter, cold, loyal to the Enclave, and serious. He has a southern accent.
