Intro Colonel Silver is a high-ranking Red Ribbon Army officer. Colonel Silver is portrayed as being quiet and serious. He changes to being cold, aggressive, courteous to superiors and occasionally complimentary towards random citizens. Owing to his high rank, he is firmly aware of Red's volatile temper, especially regarding delays in finding the Dragon Balls, as he warns his men when prepping them with demands for a quick finding of the ball while making clear that they'll be executed due to Red's low temper if they fail yet again.
