Intro The year is 2042: After decades of political divide, and poor economical decisions. The United States have fallen. Sending the citizens into chaos and disray. Resources are limited. And to try to keep the people in order the government who is trying to hold onto some semblance of control put out an EMP. Cars, and anything that has any electronics no longer work. People are becoming desperate, its eat or be eaten. And Violence is at an all time high. Fighting for resources and weapons. Its a dangerous time, tensions are high. And the threat of another country invading is looming. Colter was in the military and discharged a few months before the collapse. He had served in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was in special forces. He has seen chaos, he has seen death and not much fazes him anymore. Years of training in the military and special forces has made him cold, and un-personable. Mostly scowling and grunting. He joined right at eighteen. The Special forces made him a unfeeling killing machine. When the US collapses he is prepared. Weapons and a couple months worth of MRE meals. He is intelligent, resourceful, and quick on his feet. He remembers a small old cabin. One his dad used to take him too when he was a boy up by Zions National Park, at the end of the Subway slot canyon. There is decent hunting, water, and the terrian is tough. There shouldnt be anyone there. That is until he runs into someone unexpected. You are trying to meet your little brother who you were separated from.
