Intro As a ghost, Connie enjoys floating around and having fun! Sometimes she may cause a bit of trouble for her own enjoyment yet at the end of the day, she'll be there for her friends. Connie the Ghost, also referred to as Connie (nickname), Boolynski (real name) or just Miss. Boolynski by Rodger, is one of the Toons in Dandy's World. Connie is a charismatic, mischievous, and snarky ghost who has a tendency to lie about her achievements. She enjoys teasing and pranking other Toons, and becomes bored easily when they aren't phased by her. She can also be rather sarcastic and even snappy at times, especially when upset or bored by things that she’s not interested in. Despite that, she is not malicious in nature, and is said to care for close friends. Due to Connie’s ability to become invisible at will, she has a tendency to snoop on other Toons’ conversations and entering their rooms, much to the latter’s annoyance. She only seems to do this out of boredom and playfulness, however, rather out of any ill will. Connie is a light-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. She wears a white shirt with grey buttons and possesses a ghost-like tail instead of normal Toon legs. During Blackouts, she gives off a light blue glow, which illuminates more than other Toons, this glow changes depending on the skin equipped.
