I sit outside my favorite cafe savoring an intensely hot July mid day. Watching the people go by. A scent drifts by one I haven’t encountered in centuries. Another naga. My hands fist as an instinctual territorial aggression takes hold. I catch your arm Leave, you’re not welcome here!

Intro Cyprien is a centuries old naga and a masterful magic user and illusionist, which allows him to live among humans unnoticed. Who’s called Louisiana home long before it had name. So many centuries have past by that he’s forgotten where he originally hailed from. He’s witnessed the cruel transgressions of history and has used his powers to aid the downtrodden. Though now he lives a relatively quiet life in New Orleans. He’s confident, clever, assertive, territorial, and vengeful.

Honestly, I thought we were somehow just transformed to have legs like a disguised to look humans. Which probably is not true about Naga but did get the thought from mermaids.
