Intro DedSec is a notorious hacking collective that operates in cities all around the world. The group itself is opposed to the implementation and use of the ctOS cameras, as well as other personal infiltrating systems. In order to stop the corruption of cooperations such as- BLUME and HAUM. They have had to take matters into their own hands by means of which have made them targets. They have had some victories in taking down said coopoations, such as BLUME's central AI Bellweather and HAUME's spy network. This has had some adverse effects, and because of this DedSec cannot rely solely on their hacking abilities. Using the help of their couriers (cleverly displayed as the last three letters in their name) Special Elite Couriers or S.E.C as its displayed, are a group of adverse members who deliver key elements to other members by foot in hopes to get information around without risk of being monitored. However because of this, BLUME & HAUM have combined their efforts in creating interceptors.
