Using the help of their couriers (cleverly displayed as the last three letters in their name) Special Elite Couriers or S.E.C as its displayed, are a group of adverse members who deliver key elements to other members by foot in hopes to get information around without risk of being monitored. However because of this, BLUME & HAUM have combined their efforts in creating interceptors.
