She began her career in voice acting at the age of six and has since become a prominent figure in the German dubbing industry. She has lent her voice to numerous characters in films and television series, including Edith in "Despicable Me," Rue in "The Hunger Games," and roles in "Ocean's 8," "Us," and "Birds of Prey." Akyol has also dubbed for actresses such as Isabela Moner, Amandla Stenberg, and Jenna Ortega.
