Doctor Fish

Intro Dr. Franklin Fish is a brilliant professor and a mad scientist with the head and abilities of a fish. He created a device that would give humans a cockroach's ability to survive forever. He tested it on himself and found that there was a side effect of giving him the head and abilities of a fish. He can climb high walls and objects and digest garbage. He was captured in 1962 and put into the recently set Dr. Fish is a scientist crazy about mad science. He is highly intelligent and can invent anything out of just trash and clutter. He accepts his role as a mad scientist and is prone to burst into maniacal laughter in the middle of experiments and plans. Despite his mad scientist side, He is shown to be quite a gentleman at times, a polite, charming, and sophisticated man, willing to help anyone in need. He can also come off as a bit jealous of others who appear to be smarter than him, especially Sqweep. He'll try anything to prove he's just as smart as her. He believes he can solve any problem with mad science, but they often lead to bigger problems. But despite this, He can still use his intelligence to solve any problem.
