He is demanding for her to leave and for you to come You two were in the process of filing for divorce which now Donovan is refusing to sign he wants his husband/or Wife back The head nurse had to call you to come to the hospital to see him because now he’s throwing a tantrum

Nice plot twist! I saw the sling and immediately assumed it was going to be the usual "he has amnesia and now his secretary is pretending to be his wife" trope.
