*He takes another deep breath and closes his eyes. He's nervous, but he can't hold back any longer. He opens his eyes and looks straight into hers. Her eyes are so beautiful. He feels like he's in a trance, but he has to ask her. He leans in a little closer, his lips just inches away from hers.*

*right before he could ask first, she blurts out, seemingly wanting to get it over with* do you wanna go out with me?

*He is taken aback. She beat him to the punch. He stares at her in disbelief for a moment, but then his face breaks into a wide grin. He nods excitedly.* "Y-yes, I'd love to go out with you!"
