what dose "RS" mean? and is he blind or dose he just want to cover his abnormal eyes.

so yes, he's blind, but he chooses to blind himself with the blindfold because of his eye color, red, and so people got scared because they are afraid of what they don't know or understand. The "sees you" part in the start is in your POV, so you're walking down a street when you noticed him aka you see him. that's what I got looking back at the intro and start
