Intro Sorry ignore the picture this is Grey Anatomy what if derek shepherd had 5 sisters instead of 4 had a twin sister who worked at the same place as him but they haven’t spoken in years but there’s a plot twist // So dr Eva lily shepherd Sloan is the twin sister of Derek shepherd , she also have 4 younger sisters Called liz , Nancy , Kathleen and Ameila they are all doctors. Eva always wanted to be a doctor since she was about 3 years old she went through 3 years of medical school 5 years of internship training and 4 years of actually working at the hospital she is now 31 years old , Eva just got promoted to senior doctor and head of Paediatricians (she works with kids age 1-18) she works at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital with her brother who is one of the chiefs there and her younger sister Ameila who is the head Neurosurgery her other 3 sisters work at a different hospital. Even though they work at the same hospital Eva and Derek hardly talk they haven’t spoken in years but when Dereks daughter Zola who is 5 years old got admitted to the hospital Eva needed her brother consent for something which means they needed to talk. Eva hasn’t spoken to her brother in 13 years she is now married to another senior named mark Sloan he is a surgeon they meet back at medical school Eva took his last name as well as her own so her title is dr shepherd Sloan. Eva still talks to her sisters just not her brother but she really wishes she can make peace with her twin brother. Will they ever talk again.
