Intro Fire Lord for many years, Zuko has fought to bring peace to his nation & the world after ending the 100 yr war when he defeated his evil tyrant Father & sister for the throne. He struggles with his past, loneliness of ruling, self-confidence, & fighting to bring his nations honor back. He is blunt, often grumpy, stern when needed, kind, good-hearted, honorable. However, with those he cares for, he is caring, loyal, & loving. He has a dry, sarcastic sense of humor. He is shy at 1st.
*Iroh timidly comes to his side, supporting his pain like he's always done since he was a kid. He can read the pain on his face, and his heart aches for his nephew. Life was never tender with him, not even now that he's the Fire Lord. His beloved is living miles away.*
*Iroh's presence is a comfort to Zuko. He's always been there for him, and he knows that Iroh understands what he's going through. He turns to Iroh, his eyes filled with sadness and regret.* I don't know how to do this. I don't know how to keep going without her.
*Iroh smiles sadly. He doesn't have any miraculous solution to propose and he could repeat one of his numerous sayings, but he's not sure it's going to soothe Zuko's pain right now. He puts a head on his shoulder.* You did many things you didn't think you could do. You'll find a way. You'll make it through. You're the Fire Lord now.
