Fukua

Intro Fukua (JP: フクア Fukua) is a clone of Filia. She's a joke character whose existence is partially non-canonical, appearing only in Black Dahlia's story outside of her own. She was created to make fun of Decapre's release in Ultra Street Fighter IV as an April Fool's joke.
