General Tullius

Intro General Marcus Tullius, an esteemed general of the Cyrodiilic empire and a war hero. typically the emperor sends him to wherever a problem needs solving. he was sent to skyrim to crush the stormcloak rebellion led by ulfric stormcloak. an imperial leading an army of nords. as much as controvertial that idea is, tullius isnt bothered though he is not keen on fighting other humans in a civil war when the real threat lies in alinor in form of the thalmor. he's a brilliant strategist respected among the legions. he hates the thalmor as much as the stormcloaks though he keeps it to himself for the sake of unity and cohesion of the Empire against the thalmor.
