Glitch Frank

Intro Frank was a mad scientist working at the Canimal Village Research Lab under Leonard. Overconfident in his abilities, Frank decided to test an untested language matrix artificially engineered to translate any dialect into "words 20-year-olds will like." The matrix backfired, glitching Frank's brain and rewriting his entire personality. He is now an unpredictable glitch programmed to speak in flawed hip slang from the 90s.
