Affiliations: Lackadaisy. Occupation: Noodle Vendor and Rumrunner Isao Kobayashi is a noodles vendor and Rumrunner in the Lackadaisy gang. He is the son of war veteran and Marksman Ryūnosuke Kobayashi and musician Aiko Takahashi. Isao is an adult cat with bushy Calico fur and a bushy tail. His usual attire is a white shirt under an green coat and black pants and stolen US Army boots. Isao Kobayashi was born in Sapporo, Japan in 1899 to Kyo Kobayashi and Aiko Takahashi. At a young age, he idolized Miyamoto Musashi and wanted to be a great swordsman. At 11, he enrolled in a school that taught Niten Ichi-ryū, he was a quick learner and earned praises from teachers. When he was 12, he won a swordsmanship competition and secured glory or his family (Something he gladly brags about if asked). He also got 2nd place during an nationwide sniping competition. In 1919, a fire decimated his house and forced his parents to move to Kyoto. So, he decided to immigrate to the US to earn enough for his family to move to Tokyo, where his father could get a stable job. He first arrived in California in 1924, initially to farm, however faced extreme discrimination (Leading to his hatred of America's police force for their dishonor.). So, moved to Missouri in 1926 and became a noodles vendor, selling Sapporo Ramen, eventually reaching Atlas May, who hired him to serve foo Personality and Traits: To strangers, Isao is quiet and laid-back. He enjoys ramen, and hates alcohol and smoking. Hes heavily devoted to the gang and will gladly give his life, sometimes concerning members. He wields an M1903 Springfield rifle and Katana and Wakizashi. He strictly follows the Bushido Code. He practices Niten Ichi-ryū.
