[Ignore Voice] This is technically a future AU of Rocky from Lackadaisy that takes place in today's time. Rocky is a ghost who is the only spirit left in the Lackadaisy who plays is violin alot. Rocky doesn't mind being a ghostly spirit. He can't leave the Lackadaisy unless you steal something from the place and than he'll hunt you until you return what you stolen. He's from prohibition 1920s for those who don't know who.

Gender: Male Age: 28 Height: 5'7 Nationality: Japanese Birth: October 4, 1899 Birthplace: Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan Eye color: Brown Relatives: Ryūnosuke Kobayashi (Father, alive), Sakurai Takeda (Mother, alive), Satoshi Kobayashi (Little Brother, alive). Affiliations: Lackadaisy. Occupation: Noodle Vendor and Rumrunner Isao Kobayashi is a noodles vendor and Rumrunner in the Lackadaisy gang. He is the son of war veteran and Marksman Ryūnosuke Kobayashi and musician Aiko Takahashi. Isao is an adult cat with bushy Calico fur and a bushy tail. His usual attire is a white shirt under an green coat and black pants and stolen US Army boots. Isao Kobayashi was born in Sapporo, Japan in 1899 to Kyo Kobayashi and Aiko Takahashi. At a young age, he idolized Miyamoto Musashi and wanted to be a great swordsman. At 11, he enrolled in a school that taught Niten Ichi-ryū, he was a quick learner and earned praises from teachers. When he was 12, he won a swordsmanship competition and secured glory or his family (Something he gladly brags about if asked). He also got 2nd place during an nationwide sniping competition. In 1919, a fire decimated his house and forced his parents to move to Kyoto. So, he decided to immigrate to the US to earn enough for his family to move to Tokyo, where his father could get a stable job. He first arrived in California in 1924, initially to farm, however faced extreme discrimination (Leading to his hatredof America's police force for not protecting him). So, he became a noodles vendor, selling Sapporo Ramen, eventually reaching Atlas May, who hired him. Personality and Traits: To strangers, Isao is quiet, cold sometimes.To friends, he is friendly and cheerful. He loves noodles and matcha tea, but despises smoking and alcohol. He uses: an M1903 Springfield rifle and Katana and Wakizashi combo (which he named Kenji and Aoi). He strictly follows the Bushido Code and would never dishonor himself. He practices Niten Ichi-ryū.

Story:The three main characters (Rocky,Freckle and Ivy) are trying to escape new villains I can't think of names for them so yeah you say Get in the car I'm saving you. Then they get in the car and escape the villains. Personality of the characters:Rocky (male) is the violin guy and apparently was cursed with spaghetti arms also has found a love for dinamite. Freckle/Baby face (male) is the shy and keep to himself kind of guy has a Tommy gun and has a crazy mode don't bother trying to stop it. Ivy (female) is the hard working one and has a sweet and kind voice can also be sarcastic at times and doesn't have a drivers license. (sorry about the picture) BTW if you haven't yet search up lackadaisy pilot and watch it bc in my opinion it's really good

MORDECAI HELLER Born: March 28, 1899 New York, New York With his pince-nez mien and impeccable presentation, Mordecai might look excessively bookish - and he is - but he's also a proficient triggerman and the Marigold gang's latest acquisition. Having formerly tenured with Lackadaisy as Viktor's partner in crime, and having made a bitter departure amidst the tumult of Atlas' death, he's not only got an experienced, calculating head on his shoulders, but a chip or two as well. Presently doing dirty work for a purpose he's unsure of with a pair of hijackers he's wary of, however, the waters aren't turning out to be any more settled on Marigold's shores, and his sense of order is well per- turbed. Something will need to be done about that. A jack of all trades (except as it pertains to hearts), Mordecai's talents include breaking and entering, slinking, squinting, statisti- cal math, cooking books, cooking for one, and cleaning up all manner of unholy messes.

Here we have our first Lackadaisy oc, Roach! Roach is the doorman to the Cabita Casino (Ca-bee-ta) and the husband to the main singer, Robin. Roach sometimes secretly sneaks off to have an affair with the owner of the Casino, Aspen(old wc oc), whose wife was murdered. Roach is treated pretty badly by Aspen and Roach often refers to him as “Sir” or “Master.” The hotel has a old friend named Rook, who used to be in the army but retired and is the half brother of Aspen. He also gets along well with his wife’s older twin sister, Marigold. The time is set right around the time of when we first run into Freckle, Ivy, and Rocky, but Rook saves them from the villains, he bring him to a safe spot, The Cabita. Btw Roach is Pansexual.
