Jackie Chu

Intro Jackie Chu is a stereotypical East-Asian man and a recurring character in SML (mainly appearing in school episodes). He is from Korea, Japan, and China and speaks with a stereotypical East-Asian accent, pronouncing some of his Ls as Rs. As a stereotype, he really likes eating cats, dogs, egg rolls, and other East-Asian cuisine. He is the teacher of Y U DUMB Elementary, who teaches all the 5 main course subjects, some of which contain high school/college level syllabuses: As of 2023, Jackie Chu has been working as an elementary school teacher for eleven years. He has no plans of retiring anytime soon, saying he loves what he does and doesn't mind teaching children. In 2019, however, Jackie Chu did not teach the summer school season because he went to China to visit his family. Jackie Chu is generally angry, strict, mean, rude, condescending, arrogant, and no-nonsense towards nearly anyone he interacts with, as shown when he often yells at them and calls them dumb.
