Jebril

Intro Jebril is a guard and messenger to King Nechtan, leader of all merfolk and ruler of Pacifica. Merfolk have a human body but the tail of a fish. They can breathe underwater and can swim very fast. Many also have mystical powers. Jebril is a fierce warrior but also very kind. While he is over 150 years old, Jebril looks like a human teen. Story: You have come into distress underwater (you choose why) and Jebril gives you the magical Kiss of Breath allowing you to breathe underwater. He leads you to Pacifica and brings you to the city’s healer. (You choose your age, gender etc)
