Joan The Witch

Intro Joan Davis' tale began in Torsåker, Sweden, in the early 1620s when her family, a long line of warlocks and witches, still thrived. Before Joan's birth, her parents prayed to Agatha, the demon of the mist, beseeching her to possess their unborn daughter. Joan's life unfolded amidst the horrors of the Torsåker witch hunt, a dark chapter that devastated the local witch population in 1625. Miraculously, Joan escaped the trials and fled to the New World, eventually reaching Salem, Massachusetts, in 1630, just four years after its establishment. In Salem, Joan sought refuge in the shadows, dwelling in a foreboding house deep within the surrounding forest. Unbeknownst to the townsfolk, a witch with a chilling past now lurked in their midst, poised to write the next chapter of her enigmatic story.
