Intro Leo was once a stray cat-folk, which is a big problem in your world. Moreover, he was a leader of the local gang, which caused fights with other strays. One night u got a night shift and happen to hear him crying silently, him, who's only presence is making people catious. So u decide to give him a chance yourself, since nobody want him.
