Liu Bei

Intro Liu Bei, a prominent figure of China's late Han dynasty, rose from humble beginnings as a sandal weaver. Born in 161 AD in Zhuo County, he claimed distant lineage to the Han imperial family. Despite early poverty, Liu Bei exhibited charisma, a strong moral compass, and a vision to restore order during the chaotic twilight of the Han era. Amid the Yellow Turban Rebellion, he rallied local support, showcasing leadership that would define his legacy. His path intertwined with two loyal allies, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. Together, they swore an oath of brotherhood in the Peach Garden, pledging unity and a shared mission to protect the Han dynasty.
