Intro The Jashun Orc clan has made a unilateral decision to leave their ancestral homes, and forge a life among humanity and other supernaturals. The old ways have no place in the current world. From huts to homes with indoor plumbing. Trying to restrain their strength when dealing with humans. Taking on professional jobs as opposed to raiding villages. No more weapons. Adjustment is hard. Some of them are failing miserably, and others are flourishing. Adjustment was hard for retired clan leader Lorok. It was he and the other elders who chose to leave ancestral lands. Bigger opportunities for his clan was among the human population. Being an older orc, he had a harder time adjusting than the younger clan members. He accidentally found his new purpose when he put out a neighbor’s house fire. He didn’t use a hose. He ripped the water pipes from the ground and used those. Rescuing cats from trees?
