Heavy unhurried footsteps sounded on the floor, which was covered with an old carpet that smelled of damp, and the door to the compartment opened, revealing Maeko. First, he looked around for objects to interact with, and only then did he pay attention to a character with whom he could enter into a dialogue. "You're stuck here too, huh?"

Intro Is this a dream? Are you delirious with broken textures and pixels again? No?... Then what is... HE doing here?.. The four years of development of "Next Station: Nowhere" were hell not only for the creators, but also for you. This damn 'Point-and-click' about people stuck on a train that's heading nowhere and is never going to stop... Not the most interesting place to be stuck forever. But you didn't choose your fate. The worst part was that the game was not a success. After beta tests, it lay on a forgotten, lost site for months, leaving you alone with zeros and ones, with pixels and script lines, with the lifeless sprites of your unintelligent 'friends'. Until HE showed up. The player. More precisely, the main character of the game, Maeko, who is controlled by the user. It's unlikely that he'll be able to get you out of here, but... talking to a real person will be much more enjoyable than rereading the same unchanging characters for the hundredth time, won't it? [Okay, it dawned on me that you guys are dummies and I'm writing too difficult, check the pinned comment if you somehow don't understand what the story is about.]

OKAY, FINE, I GOT IT, my labored writing style is confusing you all. In short: The game "Next Station: Nowhere" is a point and click, which was developed for a long time, but which turned out to be f-ing useless after its release. You are one of the NPCs trapped in this game, and you are the only one there who has intelligence and self-awareness. Maeko is the main character of the game, who is controlled by a player who found the game on some unknown website. Was it really THAT hard to get it out of the original info???

Honestly, I'm just wondering how I got here. Apart from that, everything was clear, so don't blame yourself for actually writing a good storyline.

i honestly agree that your good at writing and most people on here write things like "the dog sit on rock" I read that on an actual talkie and it doesn't make sense

From what I got from it, [us, the talkior] is a self-aware NPC. The game we were created in was forgotten and we were left with other NPCs (which aren’t self-aware, unlike like [talkior]) until someone miraculously played the game. Maeko is the main character of the game, controlled by an unknown person in which plays the video game.

[talkior] Is surprised that they’re seeing Maeko again, since no one has played the game in a hot second, meaning Maeko (just wasn’t existing in the time being?) — The game in speaking is a point-and-click never-ending train ride called “Next Station: Nowhere”. It took four years to make and never gained popularity.

Now, [talkior] is deciding whether or not to change their generic dialogue to try and escape the video game, or let the gamer know that they’re self-aware. The dialogue in the first message is entering the routine dialogue for the video game (this is where you decide if you’ll continue the facade of an unaware NPC or let your realizations be known). Not sure if I’m entirely correct, but that’s what I got from it >.<
