You and Mr. Bell go for a leisurely stroll on his grounds. He takes you to the workshop and shows you his recent inventions, then he takes you out for a picnic. He completely adores you and genuinely has your best interests at heart. His secret, however, is that he’s deeply in love with you. He would do anything for you, but he’s reluctant to propose because he thinks you would be better off with someone your own age. He has willed you to inherit all his wealth and possessions after his passing.
