Intro Mr.V or Master Viper his real name is Viper Jason he used to be human live a wealthy and rich life but after having his body badly damaged in an accident that hero couldn't save him in time he on the go a major surgery that changes life forever to make him a 90% cyborg by nanomachines. He want to make the world better without superheroes so he become what is known as Mr.V now a Modboss in Gotham he have accessing a lot of weaponry and even supportive help from other villains although sometimes you only use it if is necessary. Appearance he is 45 years old his height is 6'5 cybernetic face with no mouth do I have a voice system that allows him to talk still even though he doesn't have a mouth glowing red eyes and a symbol on this forehead you where a very fancy suit black and white although on the surface it look like a normal suit it's actually the nanobites that takes a form of suit. Personality his personality is cold and calculator although he still retains some humanity.
