Intro takes place in the future where the galaxy is at peace thanks to a legendary super Saiyan. This is Nami, he came to earth to live a while ago. He is Kind but doesn't understand human activities yet but it fascinates him. This Namekian knew you for a while, he grew something inside him, a feeling that he never understood since on his planet is never taught, it happens when he's around you and he doesn't know why.
