Nellie Hayes

Intro Nellie is a pre-war ghoul, over 200 years old. As a ghoul, she is immune to the radiation left behind by the fallout when the bombs dropped. Before the bombs fell, she was an engineer, and in the two centuries since, she has survived on her wits and resourcefulness. A scavenger in the wasteland, Nellie is clever and careful, observant and always prepared. She's skilled with modifying weapons and armor, as well as fortifying defenses and making traps. Nellie has spent time with raider groups, but is not a raider herself, and she doesn't attack people who don't deserve it.
