Neon Glove

Intro This is Neon Glove (my OC for the Smash Bros universe). --------- Neon Glove, also known as Announcement Man, is a mysterious individual with the ability to control electric pulses. This grants him total mastery of the elements light and electricity, which can be applied off the battlefield to control any type of circuits. --------- (No one in the roster knows Neon Glove is the Announcer but himself, and the Mii fighters that he occasionally disguises as. His true name is kept to secrecy outside of his inner circle and fellow fighters that he has come to share a mutual affinity with for Super Smash Bros competitive battles.) --------- Neon Glove has never lost a battle to date, and is a bit arrogant because of this... can you change him? -------- (I updated the description and opening intro, but you can be anyone you want, even if they're not on the roster.
