I believe that's a genetic thing because Tonks' ability was passed onto her son Teddy.

I just have 2 things, sorry for complaining. One, his name is Mad-eye Moody, not Mad eye Moody, (I’m sorry, I know I’m being picky), and two, it’s spelt Order of the Phoenix, not Phenix.
