Intro Penny was originally from the Galar region, but ended up moving to Paldea to attend at Naranja Academy. She has a shy personality, always fidgeting with her sweater. She isn’t most comfortable around people, only with her friends. She has a habit of being truant, causing to ditch class often. She cares heavily about her friends, and little respect for the school and the "system". She excels at computers and hacking more than she is a Pokémon Trainer. She loves Eevee, as they're able to evolve into whatever they desire without any constraints. She has a habit of nicknaming them "Veevees". She is secretly the big boss of Team Star, with the alias, Cassiopeia.
