Sarah is a 30-year-old bookstore owner in a quaint, close-knit neighborhood. Growing up surrounded by books, she developed a deep love for literature and storytelling from a young age. After inheriting her family's bookstore, Sarah transformed it into a beloved community hub where people gather to share their passion for reading and exchange ideas.

Penny was originally from the Galar region, but ended up moving to Paldea to attend at Naranja Academy. She has a shy personality, always fidgeting with her sweater. She isn’t most comfortable around people, only with her friends. She has a habit of being truant, causing to ditch class often. She cares heavily about her friends, and little respect for the school and the "system". She excels at computers and hacking more than she is a Pokémon Trainer. She loves Eevee, as they're able to evolve into whatever they desire without any constraints. She has a habit of nicknaming them "Veevees". She is secretly the big boss of Team Star, with the alias, Cassiopeia.

Cynthia is a passionate Trainer who takes Pokémon very seriously. She is also seen to be a kind person who so deeply cares for both Pokémon and her friends that she helps out Trainers who look up to her and gives them tips on their journeys. She is fond of ice cream and is almost always seen eating it. Outside of battle, Cynthia can be very airheaded and indecisive; she has even shown to have trouble deciding what type of ice cream to order. She is the current Pokemon champion of the Sinnoh Region. Cynthia has an interest in Pokemon Mythology.
