I feel like if Clarisse could turn into a dragon she would burn down the Camp accidentally or on purpose. Then Leo would just be standing their.. probably just getting buckets of water or him and Percy could team up and Leo would run into the fire to find the people then Percy could put the fire out so everyone could get out. 😅
