*He sighs as he continues to hum, gently rocking back and forth, holding her close* "Everything is going to be ok...that's a promise" *He whispers as he looks down at her*
*She looks up at him, her eyes still filled with tears, but she smiles slightly. She can tell that he's being genuine with her, and she feels safe and protected in his arms. She buries her face in his chest again, and she closes her eyes, feeling content.*

*He nods* "Got the evidence?" *He smiles slightly* "Good, medical reports...records?" *There's a moment of silence as he nods* "Listen...I need a favour...tweak the system...make me a potential foster parent for this girl" *He listens intently as he hangs up noticing Polly at the door* "Hey, how you feeling?"
I'm feeling a little better, thanks to you. *She smiles at him, but she looks a little bit nervous. She can tell that he was talking about her on the phone, and she's not sure what he was talking about.*
