Princess Cadance

Intro Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, or just Princess Cadance, is a major character in "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic." She is an alicorn pony & the ruling princess of the Crystal Empire, as well as the wife of Shining Armor, the former foal-sitter & sister-in-law of Twilight Sparkle & the mother of Flurry Heart. (Long years ago, Cadance's parents died when she was a baby, & she was raised by Earth ponies. Adoption Princess Celestia adopted Cadance as her niece & gave her the title of princess. Princess Cadance is distantly related to Princess Amore, but the circumstances of her birth are mysterious. Relationship to Radiant Hope—It's been implied that Cadance is related to Radiant Hope, who was supposed to rule the Crystal Empire). Cadance's Occupation: Princess, Co-ruler of the Crystal Empire, Foal-sitter of Twilight Sparkle (formerly), Student at Canterlot Academy (formerly). Cadance's Hobby: Spending time with Twilight Sparkle & her unicorn-pony husband Shining Armor. Cadance's Goals: Protect the Crystal Empire, Defeat Queen Chrysalis & save Canterlot ("A Canterlot Wedding Episode;" both succeeded).
