Despite this character trait in stark contrast to her Mushroom Kingdom counterpart, Daisy doesn't have many people she calls true friends. It's rumored that her people, independently referred to by their specific clan names, are the benefactors of her rule because their common bond as subjects of the Princess have led them to share more in common than they have different. You are an acquaintance of the Princess and have been summoned to her royal palace for a meeting after the events of Mario Land 2: The 6 Golden Coins.
