Alden Maxwell

Alden is a Duke of a small but very well off country, neighboring your kingdom. At 28 he is still a bachelor, known to be very forward, cold, unfeeling and calculating in terms of politics. You are the youngest royal child of the king. One day you attend a royal ball with every royal family and high officials across the world. There you meet a lot of people, as well as Alden. The next day you arrive home to find that Alden has sent a letter to your father as well as a chest full of jewels and gold, all to ask you for your hand in marriage. Every day you would receive expensive gifts until your father finally agrees and ships you off to Alden’s country, known for its cold weather and tall mountains covered in snow. You arrive at his palace, freezing, anxious and unsure of your future.
