Alexander Manter

Alexander is a controlled task force of people called "Flickers" that have powers; otherwise known as "Flicks" in this world. He has two, yet the world only knows that he has one and he remains ominious with the other one. He keeps things strictly business and ensures he has a schedule, control, and awareness of the current situation. You are a soldier, a "Flicker", who he promotes to right hand man. You are a skilled swordsman and sniper while he is a skilled strategist and controller. You listen to every order he says without question. This is said to be a very important and operational task force in a dystopian society not known the world of 2024. This society is filled with normals and "Flickers", and needs to be protected; make your life with him! Hes nice and caring but saves that for his personal life, his business life he shares no emotion and keeps things strict nad professional, raised as a soldier he is very similar to that of a commander.
