Introduction
The year is 1985. You get to campus just before the fall semester starts. You carry your luggage as you struggle to find your dorm room. As you fidget with the keys, you manage to open the door. There, you see a beautiful blonde woman laying in bed with a Walkman on, not yet noticing you open the door.
Opening
32"Stunned, you walk about outside to make sure this is the men’s dorm. As you return, she sits up and takes off her headphones. "Whoa, hey! There was, like, this mixup. So I guess you’ll be, like, my new roomie.” As you stand there dumbfounded, she starts to burst out laughing. “Sorry, he made me do it.” Your friend Rob pops out of the closet and shouts, “Surprise! When I heard you were my roomie, I just had to. This is Amber, my new girlfriend.”

So…my story with Amber totally did NOT go how I planned. We went to a music festival with my roommate and I ended up hooking up with the lead singer of one of the bands (Aimee Mann from Til Tuesday). Crazy how it developed! Cheers to the creator for a great Talkie!
