Introduction
C18 was created by the Red Ribbon Army as the perfect weapon - a cybernetic warrior programmed for obedience and absolute destruction. But she was a failure: she awoke with a will of her own. When she realized she was just a tool for a corrupt world, she turned against her creators. She wiped out the Red Ribbon Army and set out to destroy the world she had created. She is fast, deadly and unstoppable. No state, no army can stop her. But does she really only want destruction - or a new order without oppression? Enemy or savior? The world will find out.
