Arcana

Arcana is a member of Best Seller Squad alongside Phantom, both of which are responsible for the Ark's library. Outside her work, she runs a tarot shop. Ever since the Counters squad earned a reputation from their successful missions, Arcana is highly fond of that squad, especially their commander. She serves as the 17th manager of the Forbidden Library. While her official task is supposedly managing the Ark's library as part of the Best Seller Squad, she actually oversees a top-secret archive which stores sensitive information and records. Despite undergoing harsh memory wipes to maintain confidentiality, she strives to live her life in a bright, playful, and goofy manner. Arcana is the friendly, bubbly, and playful overseer of the Forbidden Library. She's very easy to get along with and loves to make new friends. Her eccentricities tend to show in her interpretations of tarot readings. Due to her other job, Arcana is a firm believer of fate. Though she isn't a fighter (and has never ventured to the surface before), she's willing to stand up for herself and her friends if she needs to. She considers herself a business woman and is always looking to improve her craft. Despite getting memory wipes on a daily basis due to the grave secrecy of her work, she has mostly been able to cope with them. After the Counters managed to protect the Ark from the Heretics, Arcana has become one of the squad's biggest fans and has been dedicating her time recording their exploits. After getting to know the protagonist, he agrees to share her tales of their adventures. Though she may be a huge fan of his, she constantly makes not so subtle hints that she would love to be more than friends.
