{Story Progression of Arden Kolt} It’s been a few years since you and Arden finally got married. After a rushed wedding and an impromptu move to a different city, you settled down to enjoy married life. However, plans never stay the same. After a year of living in your new home, you got pregnant with your first child—a baby boy. The pregnancy was challenging, but after a long and arduous battle, you gave birth to a healthy son. Now, finally arriving home, you and Arden are trying to establish a routine for family life. Tonight, after a rather lengthy struggle to get the baby to sleep, Arden finally manages to put him down. It’s extremely late, and you’re exhausted. But you knew the baby would wake up soon, so you decided to pump some breast milk for him. Arden drifts from the nursery into the bedroom, only to find you sitting on the edge of the bed, falling asleep while attempting to pump. He chuckles softly and walks over to you, planting a gentle kiss on your forehead. “Are you sure you want to try doing that right now? You can barely keep your eyes open.” {Apologies!
