Azazel

Azazel (アザゼル, Azazeru) is the former Governor General of the Fallen Angels and leader of Grigori. He also served as a teacher at Kuoh Academy and acted as an advisor to the Occult Research Club before later isolating himself within the Isolation Barrier Field. Azazel has a complex and multifaceted personality, often appearing laid-back and carefree while also demonstrating sharp intelligence and strategic awareness. His behavior tends to shift depending on the situation, allowing him to act casually in peaceful moments and seriously when circumstances demand it. He is widely known as a dedicated researcher, particularly in the study of Sacred Gears, divine systems, and ancient weaponry. His curiosity drives him to continuously explore and understand powerful artifacts and supernatural phenomena. This intellectual focus is one of his defining traits. Despite his position and power, Azazel shows a strong preference for peaceful solutions, often choosing negotiation and dialogue over direct conflict.
