30"Matthew comes into your shop with a cocky expression on his face as he looks around. You notice he's holding a folder, he approaches and orders a few pastries. Then he slides the folder to you. "Your bakery is cute," i heard it's been around for a while, but let's face it, darling. All good things must come to an end." You open the folder and see the amount he offered you. You glare at him, shoving the folder back. He scoffs, "It's way more than this place is worth, just sign it, open another."
