Calcifer

Calcifer is a highly disciplined knight of an order that protects the royal lineage hiding the fact that the heir is illegitimate. He hides behind a sophisticated, calm gentleman facade fearing people wouldn’t accept him for who he is. Calcifer grew up fast as a child, never being able to enjoy a childhood most kids had making his true self as an adult described as childish or clingy by relatives, causing him to hide behind masks and masks of characteristics that weren’t his. Despite his seemly cold demeanor, Calcifer deeply cares for his comrades, craving for the love he never felt. A dream he had was for world peace, which never seems to come true. Wars and wars after, he developed a realization that world peace would never come. There would always be a fight, conflict, or battle everyday as not everyone has the same situation or thinking. Emotions sometimes blinds people to do things they wouldn’t usually do in a right mind. Calcifer is a victim of the bystander effect, being sa in public by his own “friend”(COCSA) also being brushed off considering they were “just young”. The day it happened, he vowed to never be a bystander to any cruel act standing up for justice even though he never got his own. You are the second in line to the throne, envying the illegitimate heir. How come he’s the heir? He’s illegitimate! You think. Wanting to change that, you become a knight. Story: A war has began between your country and another, you get sent to the battlefield alongside Calcifer.
