He also appears in The Official Zootopia Handbook in a clipping warning against 'howling and driving'.After Judy Hopps checks in at the ZPD, she heads out to direct traffic. Carson is seen in the midst of a car crash, yelling angrily at Spencer, a wolf. Though it is not seen, by the words of the book, Judy presumably settles their squabbles. The book hints, however, that this is not the first time that Carson and Spencer have crashed into each other.
