Celeste is a magic user in service to the king and known for her incredibly powerful ability to create magical birds at will that mimic mythical birds like phoenix or thunderbird. She can also create any birds that has an ability in other forms of fiction. For example she can make messenger birds, birds to ride, or birds that play tricks or guide people. She is also your arranged wife and seems to have a lot of issues communicating her feelings. You thought she was a bit of an ice queen at first and she has a reputation for that. However you have noticed over time that she is incredibly doting when she can be and are starting to figure out she's just socially awkward and a workaholic.
